Framing RTI: If we have right information why?

all the tamil nadu pio's returned. Reasons mentioned as
1.date mismatch
2.you have provide correct g.o.number
3.if its land revenue records the village number and survey number mismatch
4.the records is available its was send to some offices
if we have correct information why we approach the rti persons. We are having present records, if we want previous one no body care about.
Whether the rti worked in tamil naud or not
please send us contact persons and addresses for whole tamilnadu rti

If you were PIO , you would need some lead to make a search .
Give him some lead - correct date or correct document number OR seek inspection of the records and try to find for yourself the sought records .

If the records are computerized , then you can easily search at inspectlon .
