PF transfer query

hi,

i have applied for PF transfer from company A to company B

the previous employer company A says that it will take 9 months for the transfer to pf account of company B

if in the meantime i joined a third company c then what is the next step for PF transfer

the company A says
You can apply for PF withdraw if any one of the following condition satisfies,
1. Retirement.
2. Starting own Business.
3. Going abroad.
4. Joined to the organization where PF in not applicable.

please help
