Filing an appeal with faa clarification-reg
Dear Members,
On 10.10.11 I have sent an RTI application to a PIO requesting certain information. The PIO in turn has sent my RTI Application to another PIO(say A) to furnish the information with a copy of the letter addressed to me and advised me to contact the other PIO(A) for any information in future. The PIO(A)has not replied to my RTI Application till date. In the mean while I have filed another RTI Application with PIO (A)(dated 7th June 2012) requesting him give complete information/fate of my RTI Application dated 10.10.11.The PIO (A) now has sent a letter to me requesting to pay sum of Rs.40/- towards the fees to be paid for the information sought by me vide my RTI Application dated 10.10.11. The PIO (A) has not responded to my second RTI Application dated 7th June 2012. Can I
(a)to wait till 14th July 2012 and file an appeal with the FAA as against RTI Application dated 7th June 2012..
or
(b) Complain with CIC for not responding my RTI Application dated 10.10.11.
Or
(c) File an appeal with FAA against my RTI Application dated 10.10.11.

Re: Filing an appeal with faa clarification-reg
You should file first appeal for second RTI by referring following link after completion of 30+10 days of mailing RTI:Sponsorer
First Appeal for no reply to RTI application:
http://www.rtiindia.org/forum/blogs/...plication.html
For first RTI if you are not satisfied with information supplied, you may file first appeal.
If you bypass FAA, normally CIC remands back to him after delay of 9 to 24 months.
WE GET GOVT WE DESERVE. WHAT DO YOU PLAN FOR 2013?
