Whether RTI application of undersigned along with related documents can be disclosed by PIO under RTI Act 2005?

Dear Experts,

Can the PIO disclose the undersigned RTI application, copy of first appeal, copy of second appeal along with replies of PIO/s, FAA & IC to “other person” under RTI Act 2005.

If not, is PIO bound to seek undersigned objection/approval/opinion under Section 11 of RTI Act 2005 before disclosing the above information?

Here the other person is using a fake identity and in fact is same person/or relative against whom a big corruption scam has been exposed by undersigned and Hon’ble HC has taken cognizance of the same. It is clarified that “other person” is not seeking the copy of RTI application or correspondence of his/his relative/friend case but in some other instance of undersigned RTI application of 2010 in altogether different field.

Unless the documents have been marked CONFIDENTIAL , there is no need for PIO to follow s.11 procedure
