help in first appeal hearing
plz help me. i filed an rti against pnb whose reply was complete rubbish. then i filed first appeal against it. on 2nd jul they called me for first appeal hearing. plz advice me what to do and what are the points for observation and what are my advantages and disadvantages in the hearing. are they going to fine cpio for giving wrong information. the cpio didn't even gave me information for appeal against her answers. this whole process took about 3 months, are they going to pay me for this delay. after hearing are they going to give me reply bcoz with that reply i'm planning to sue the bank for negligence in duty and harassment.

CPIO can be penalised by CIC only and not by FAA. Mostly FAA concurs with CPIO in 90% cases. Hence do not expect much from first appeal and prepare for second appeal to CIC after receipt of decision of FAA.Sponsorer
