Hi, I searched about a day to get some information RTI act so that I will know how to use it for gaining information. I am actually looking for some means to get the proof of the tax filed by a person as Zero income in the year 2002-03 in kolkat. Now he is claiming he was working and had not filed zero income for the same year. It is very important for me to provide that proof to the concerned authority. can any one give me some guidance on how to get it. I have his pan #.      |
