You may use RTI , but the records are too old and RTI may / may not be helpful . But you may try .

If the document has been registered ,you can get certified copy from the concerned subregistrar office with details of the property and you can your self or thru any advocate search and find out document # date of registration etc. and apply for certified document wit full details. I think this is possible?
