Would you know where the PIO re co-ops is located?

I can only get the Registrar sitting in Pune:

Commissioner for Cooperation & Registrar,
Cooperative Societies, Maharashtra State, Pune

There must be one in Mumbai (or probably a Joint, Dpty or Asst. Registrar)
You might have to call Pune to get the information or visit the following website:

Coopetive socities in Delhi is under RTI act.
As per Delhi Coopertive Socities Act, Section 139 an RTI Application can be filed with your society.
Otherwise you may file the same with RCS office and they will get the file or information from respective society.
In case the Act is updted in your state, you may file with your respective govt to ask when are they going to update the Act like RCS did in Delhi.

Please submit RTI Application to the PIO C/o. Secretary of the concerned society. YOu have to affix Re10/- court fee stamp on the application. Proforma would be availabe on website of maharashtra information commission or official portal of Maharashtra Govt. I also suggest that you should ask same set of info from PIO of Office of Registrar of Coop Societies [RCS]. If you do not know exact office, submit to the nearest office of RCS, who will redirect your application to correct PIO in five days of receipt after refering to address and registration number of your CHS. U can refer MTNL telephone directory for getting address of RCS in your area under Govt Section. Do not visit govt. office, send by speed ad post.
