I file an RTI Application against the Junior Engineer Anand Aaghav of R/South Ward (Building & Factory Department) but he does not giving me the any correspondence related to my application. Because he was a corrupt officer and he takes the Openly Bribes to the Local Contractors who done the Illegal & Unauthorized Construction in an Open plot as well as N.D Zone Area. Because of the Joint Venture of the said officer the contractors done the illegal things without any fear of Acts and Rules of Mumbai Mahanagar Palika. So I request you to take the legal as well as civil action on the above said officer and reply me at the earliest.
