There has been some dubious actions or mistake by DOPT & SSC(subordinate office of DOPT) in combined Graduate Level Main exam, 2004. due to this some candidates(basic at time of joining 13500/-) selected in 2004 are suffering much being discriminated against their batchmates of lower rankers(basic at time of joining 17140/-) posted in same department but facing step behabiour. All the candidates were had passed the same exam, for the same post, for the same pay scale but being discriminated in the same department against lower ranker with more pay and better future prospect. To clear the matter before Central Administrative Tribunal an RTI application with 14 points information was preferred to SSC by Sh. Dilip Kumar however, CPIO provided information on 4 points only which was also not clear. Ist appeal was preferred but information not got. IInd appeal was preferred in CIC. we lost our case in Cent. Admn. Tribunal one of the reason was the information was not provided by SSC to be produced before CAT. but CIC at hearing dated 6-6-12 considered it seriously and fined Rs. 5000/- to SSC which is payable to Sh. Dilip Kumar with 15 days along with pending information @ free of cost.
