Sale Deed Copy Request
Hello,
I have purchased a land from the previous owner, he is requesting the true copy of the registered sale deed as registered. (I am not sure of the pros and cons of the previous owner requesting for a copy, hence wanted to know if I can go ahead and provide him the copy)
I would like to know whether there would be any issues in providing the true copy of the sale deed or if any person can get a copy from the Registrar via RTI.

He can get it by preferring RTI Application before the PIO of the Sub-Registrar office.Sponsorer
