"Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:
Both the parties were given an opportunity for hearing. However, neither party appeared. From a perusal of
the papers it appears that the PIO has not provided any information but had originally promised to send the
information as soon as the process was finalized.
Decision:
The Appeal is allowed.
The PIO is directed to provide an attested photocopy of the entire file to the
Appellant,- irrespective of whether the matter has been finalized or not,- to the Appellant
before 20 July 2012. "
