Need to file RTI on the progress of Shettykere Lake desiltation in Bangalore (South)

I stay in Gubbalala, Off Kanakapura Road Bangalore (South) and there is a lake close by to my place Shettikere lake (Subramanyapura Lake) which is part of Uttarahalli ward 184. The lake is dying due to the effluence from the nearby apartments and encroached houses. The lake had been fenced recently and there is an ongoing bridge getting constructed which passes by the lake-side. When I had last spoken to the BBMP (corporation) corporator Ramesh Raju, he told me that after the road gets constructed this would be taken care as the bridge road, requires the drainage to the lake to be cut-off. I am not seeing any progress in the road constructing neither the lake bed. I had tried filing an RTI with BBMP official (Chief of Forests and Lakes), but they reverted back saying they are not responsible for that. But the data I got was that the lake is part of BBMP now and the official should have responded to my RTI. Can anyone suggest how to proceed on this? Although there is a work code no. generated and a tender being filed, which I can see from the below website, but there is no other updates about the ongoing work.

Can anyone suggest on how can I file the RTI and get the needed data. What steps can I take to make sure that the lake is renewed? Can anyone suggest how to proceed.

Regarding the RTI to BBMP, you have to first have evidence that the lake belongs to BBMP. Only then will you be able to prove during first appeal that the PIO has given wrong information to you.
