pay protection from BSNL (PSU) to central Govt. Indian railways
If a Central Government PSU Employee working as JTO BSNL in the basic IDA scale of 16400-40500, (Presently getting Basic Rs. 20740/-) applies for the post of Section Engineer in Indian Railway for which pay scale is CDA 9300 with Grade pay 4600 (12540+4600=17140) through proper channel than, on selection:-
1. will he be allowed to get the benefit of past service for the purpose of pay protection in the new post i. e. Section engineer
2. will the leave at credit from the previous post will be carried forward.
3. Will he be allowed to get the benefit of past service for the purpose of counting the length of service at present post of section engineer
