Is this delay in filing first appeal?

I filed the first appeal within one months time. But due to postal delay,the application reached the First Appellate Authority one day after one month's time. Will my application be replied?

Dear Member

You had posted the same within the time limit i.e. 30 days from the date of receipt of decision of PIO or when decision of PIO was supposed to be received. Transit delay is not your fault.
