Reg : PF Claiming issues ,

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring in your notice that two Cheques ( 2 Nos.) amounting Rs. 27,068.00 and Rs. 12,048.00 were credited in my HDFC saving account No - xxxxxxx on 26/10/2010 against my Provident Fund reimbursement (EMPLOYER : Bank Of AMERICA ), But both the cheques has been returned unpaid by PF Office on the same date mentioned above.

As per bank, the reason for the cheque return is the name mismatch ( the name mentioned on the cheque differ from the account holders name).This issue has been resolved now ,

Requested new PF form twice after this incident however both claim has been rejected by PF authority stating that "Your payment has already been made" However amount is still with them .

With great disheart i would share this as a worst experience with PF authorities , As i have to struggle for my own money,

I request you to please look into the matter and take proactive action to resolve the matter at the earliest possible.

a. You may file a detailed representation with RPFC concerned informing him the facts along with documentary evidences and pray for re-issuance of the cheque.Please refer:

b. FILE an RTI application with same office and ask for statement of their a/c showing the settlement of cheques paid to you. RTI application as per central govt RTI rules.
