    " 2. During the hearing, the FSO, Shri T.R. Singh informed the Commission that following the Commission’s said order, they had filed a writ petition before the Delhi High Court who had stayed the Commission’s order.
    3. In view of the fact that Delhi High Court has stayed the operation of the Commission’s above order, no proceeding can be drawn in the instant case."
