Unauthorise construction being done in RWA

Sir,
This is to draw you kind attention towards unauthorised construction being done in Z-12, Z-Block Dayal Sar Road Uttam Nagar New Delhi-110059.

Please take a strong step to stop construction of said building as the demolition was undertaken by your department last month, but after fortnight he has again started construction without caring the local authorities instructions.

We would like to put in your consideration that we have already given them the notice to stop constructing Four Storied Building, with shops in ground floor without leaving sufficient space for parking, which will create mess for all of residents of Z-Block in near future.

In our opinion it is right to say that there may be either political or administrative support behind it. Therefore, he has started construction without any sanctioned layout plan from M.C.D.

It is therefore, again requested to do the needful by demolishing the said building urgently.

Please file a written complaint with the MCD, enlisting point-wise the irregularities in the said construction activity, wait for some time after filing the complaint and then file a RTI application to seek information on the status of that complaint.
