Reply received in Hindi and without date on letter
Hi Experts/Avtivist,
I filed an RTI applicaiton on 20th April'12 and for which i receive two different transfers letter that i should be replied by department by 26th May'12, In between i filed first appeal on 12th june but today i received letter for my application dated 20th April.
My Queries are
1.Its a totally delay from PIO's end. MOreover he replied once may be FA had told him about my First appeal application. What aciton i can take against PIO.
2. Date is not mentioned on the letter sent by the PIO. Does it violate any reult of RTI act?
3. I had sent a letter in English but i received reply in Hindi. Is it a normal practice or any rule not follow by PIO?
Pls respond.
