Sir, I want to file 2nd appeal to SIC,Haryana Chandigarh.please advice me about the format and style of drafting the memorandum of appeal u/s 19 of RTI act

There is no specific Format for SA . In any State or Centre , except for the Particulars of the Commission , the contents remain same .
BUT REMEMBER , IN HARYANA YOU HAVE TO SUBMIT 3 COPIES OF THE FIRST AND SECOND APPEALS .

Further to post # 2, Please send three copies on following format to SIC, SCO-70-71, Sector-8C, Chandigarh. I may mention here that SIC, Haryana is most user/RTI friendly Commission and only think you have to remember while arguing your case in second appeal is the clarity about documents/information sought by you. Believe me, you will not have any problem here.
