RTI about automobile information
hi,
This is Ranjinder, Actually i asked some information from a car company from which i purchased brand new car. i met with an accident, they repaired the car carelessly and they get it repaired from other company technician, i have proofs for that, according to RTI ACT 2005 I demanded the bodyshop location from that company but they are still silent besides i gave them two reminders. now I want to file complaint but don't know where to file and i want to know that if this car company comes under the Right to Information act. could you please help me?

Thanks for the guidance. So now i have to move to consumer court is it right and how much time consumer court will take to solve the matter.
