guidence for sabmit a case in labour court
Dear sir
i was working with a Goo2o technologies pvt. ltd in Gurgaon as a regular employ since march 2012. 9th june 2012 company has dismissed me without any reason. and my 38 days salary is not paid by company so i want to submit a case in labour court
in delhi. Please guide me
