Need Help: injustice in teachers transfer counselling DEO, rangareddy

I would like to know that How should I approach RTI, regarding the injustice that I faced during teacher transfer(zp management) counseling at District Educational Officer, Rangareddy Dist., Andhra Pradesh. We would like to know the information of teachers who got transfer orders by producing false certificates/information and posted illegally. please advice.

File a RTI application with the PIO of the office of the DEO and ask for "inspection of all files related to counselling held on........... for teacher transfer of..............etc."



You can file a RTI application with the PIO. Details of PIO will be available on the website of the organisation/department, under the "RTI" link. Or simply call that office and ask "Who is the PIO in your office under the RTI Act 2005. I want to file a RTI application." ?


Your RTI Application has to be as per the RTI Rules and Fees for the Andhra Pradesh.

Sir, Thanks for the reply and sorry for the delay.. I would like know that where I have to deposit the money BY cash or by way of DD/money order through bank to the concerned account head. Will they accept cash at DEO office (with concerned PIO)?. I need total 10 scanned copies of the certificates that submitted by the employees at the time of transfer counselling. for this how much money that I have to deposit ? Please advice... once again thanks for your kind co-operation

You have to just pay the application fee of Rs 10 by way of DD/BC/IPO/Cash or Treasury Challan.
