We are traders based in Vasai. Most of our suppliers are based in Mumbai having their ware houses at Bhiwandi. Our customers are spread all over Maharashtra. We supply the goods to our customers directly from Mumbai / Bhiwandi without bringing the goods in to Vasai Mahanagar palika jurisdiction. Do we have to pay the LBT on such goods.
