what is msp in the indian armed forces and it is categorised in three fixed amount rs. 2000,4000,and 6000. For sailors,mns,officers. On what basis it has been finalised by the sixth pay commissiom committee.it must be integreted and equellise becuase this is an reward to all defence personal in the three forces
