Need Help: regaurdig fee and process under rti application

i have asked under rti from subragistrar palghar thane dist maharastra. regarding the are aand no of the commercial galla and no and area of the residential flates which is registerd from builder in the office of subregistrar from 1990 to 20 june 2012.

repply from subregistrar office is as followes mahiti adhikar adhiniyam2005, 4 b nusar apnas ya karyalache abhilekhache nirichan karawe lagel nirikshanasathi nirikshanache akoon kalavadhi paki pahila tas vaglta pudhil
15 minitasathi Rs 5/ ya pramane agaoo fee dai rahil, nirakshnasathi agaoo dinank and wial arge karoon purva nischit karavi lagel.

now wht i do so that i get informatoin which i needed . is fee on minuts base is legal one . who tell how maney
time they need to prepare the documents . what fee they charege . i afraid he may charge in lac or in caror as charges
are on minutes base

It seems that PIO has offered you inspection (of documents) & if its possible then better inspect the records and select the required docs and take their certified copies. They can charge you under the provided rules & i.e. Mahrashtra RTI Rules - Guide
