Find a Accused person...

Hi All,

I need some help to find a person who is Accused in a case.
The Case details are as below.

There were a couple who has filed a complain in court for their divorce.
The case is ruining since 6 years. They have a 5 year old daughter.
Daughter is with mother.

Current status of case is, hubby is not coming for hearing since last 8 months.
His father is coming on hearing and giving excuses that his son is missing.
He is not aware where his son went. he says he might have done suicide etc.

But we come to know that he has escaped to Saudi.

If some one help with their valuable suggestion would be a great help.

Hi Every One,

There is a person who is a escapee in a divorce case.
He is not coming to court since last four hearing.
I have come to know that he flew to out of India.

This is brought to my attention that we have rights to know about any passengers information.
We can ask to airport authority for the same but i do not know whom should i address in Airport department.

Could some one let me know whom should i address in the Airport department?

Also would you please let me know if i can submit my request online through RTI?

After searching few threads...I guess i should submit the request to PIO.
Please let me know am i right or wrong.
If I am right then how do i submit my request to PIO.
Please help me to under stand this procedure.
