This is a discussion on Reconstruction of 18 years old mhada building . i m tenant of Mhada building (Khapridev sadan, G.D.Ambekar marg,parel tank rd,mumbai-33)one M/S.Siroya builders and developers who has constructed Kings stone tower at same area is claiming he can reconstruct above mentioned mhada building as a special case.Accordingly he had obtained a consent letters from all tenants for the duration of one year and now period is over. And till date there is no sign of any development.can this consent letters would be misused?

Consent letter can be misued depending on what has been mentioned in it. It appears that your society has not observed the guidelines for redevelopment issued by Govt. of Maharashtra. Hence, all procedures done by violating norms and procedures laid by Govt. of Maharashtra stand cancelled.Sponsorer
