Leakage in my society flat
Dear sir/ Madam
Myself Irfan Siddiqui staying at Classic Co-operative society since last 26 years on 3rd floor, & know we are facing the leakage problem from last so many months, The problem is water is leakage from my outlet i.e. water which drains from my bathroom trap which is connected to the main line of outlet. The Pipe which is joint to the main outlet pipe is below my bathroom tiles, & to rectify we had dig the flooring & found that the pipe was rusty due to that there was a leakage in 2nd floor flat.
Request you please guide us who is liable to pay the cost for this leakage work i.e. society or flat owners.
