RTI for delay in issue cts plans

help me i applied for cts plans of 2 cts nos [2 vaillges] paid necessary charges to city survey office mumbai subs dist 1o days ago,as per their citizen charter they have to issued said plans with in 3days i have visited that office many times but concern person says that original sheet [map] is not traceble ,surveyer is transfer,we are busy in other works etc.till today i have not issued the said plans.what to do get the plans.

You may file RTI application (with fee) addressed to Public Information Officer of the concerned department and ask for status. RTI application as per state RTI rules.
