Need Help: RTI for wife's salary

Sir as my wife is working as a govt teacher and employed since five years and she is claiming maintenance of rs1000 per month kindly help me to get the salary of her to close the monthly maintenance of wife

All public authorities (PA/Govt. Offices) are expected to disclose { under Sec 4 (1) b (x) of RTI Act} the salary details of their employees. You can make an application under RTI to the PIO of the concerned office for the salary details/slip of the concerned employee. RTI application has to be as per RTI rules applicable (center/state) & it can be checked here: Guide

Dear sir . I have applied to beo to get the information regarding salary detail and date of appointment three time in six months but still i am unable to get the details of her as she is working as govt primary teacher as i am in hardship and unemployed even though i am paying monthly maintenance to her through court . I request my colleague to help me out to stop paying maintenance to her as i am orphan

First file RTI Application before the Public Information Officer in the office of BEO duly paying prescribed application fee and seek the certified copy of pay slip or salary statement in respect of Mrs ....................................... for the month of ...........
[2] date of appointment of Mrs ......................................... and her designation [3] total emoluments paid to Mrs ...................... during the period from 1/4/..... to 31/4/.... etc.

If you are not getting correct information or not getting reply, please first appeal before the District Education Officer after 35 days from submission of RTI Application before BEO.
