    Unhappy I WANT TO CHANGE MY BABY DAUGHTER's NAME. SHE IS 2 YEARS 2 MONTHS OLD.

    I WANT TO CHANGE MY BABY DAUGHTER's NAME. SHE IS 2 YEARS 2 MONTHS OLD. PLEASE TELL ME THE PROCEDURE, HOW TO CHANGE HER NAME, IN HER BIRTH CERTIFICATE etc. she was born in Perinthalmanna, Malapurram District, Kerala in a private Hospital.
