Claim to the assets of the deceased from Bank Respected Sir/Madam,
As my parents were the account holder of syndicate bank in Nandanam Branch in Chennai. My parents expired and in their account balance is Rs 3102.00. I am only child of my parents and try to claim the money but Bank personal ask me to Submit Succession Certificate, which cost to me more than the amount available in Account. Can you suggest me how can i get my parents money.
