Question: RTI for Information regarding Passport act.

I am the legally wedded wife of my husband. We were blessed with a female child. Due to marital discord, I have filed an application for restitution of conjugal rights which is pending trial before family court.

Meanwhile, I came to know recently that he has illegally contacted and got illegitimate child. Can he obtain passport for his illegitimate child.



Whom should I approach to get information on passport act around this
Where should I raise this issue in ministery of extrnal affairs and How do I track the actions taken by MEA.

Passport can be issued by passport office in place of residence ( geographic location )
if you know that passport office firs file complain to the passport office follow with RTI application
explain all that what you have done above by giving photocopies
