    guidance for acquiring documents regarding church property

    Please advise me how to file an application for acquiring information regarding the ownership of the property which belongs to my church.

    Whom to approach, and how to file the application.

    Simply visit the office of the local sub registrar, where that land is registered/located and ask for an "encumberance certificate" - on paymnet of the prescribed charges.
