What does "AID" and substantialy financed means?
Under RTI words AID and institution which are substantially financed has been used .what does it means? Suppose a hospital or a school or some other institution has got aid from Govt one time ,or a school got land from Govt on concessional bases and there after they have not received any kind of aid from Govt ,They are covered under this section or not?

The purpose of the RTI Act is to give powers to all the citizens to monitor the activities of any organization for which govt. money (i.e. taxpayer's money) is used.Sponsorer
Thus if any amount of govt. money (only once or more than once) is used the organization is under obligation to respond to RT query.
