Pls review my RTI application

Attached please find herewith one of my RTI Application and an application to the 1st appellate authority. Plz guide me for my future course of action. Also review my applications and let me know if there are any mistake.

The appeal is alright. You may present your case to the AA on the date of hearing, if there is one. Many AA decide the cases without a hearing. If you are particular about a hearing you may ask for one in your appeal itself.

Thanks Mr. Taurus for your valued opinion. As the PIO & the 1st AA is from the same office and as already the PIO has ignored my application, so i am not much hopeful of getting reply from the AA. It is my assumption that i have to approach the State PIO after one month.
As a new entrant i would like to thanks all members & moderator of this forum for extending all sort of cooperation to us.

Dear Mr Taurus,
With reference to my earlier application and first appeal which you have already reviewed, kindly note that i am initiating another RTI Application to the IRDA for cross verification of the information.

In short i am telling you the matter.

This Bank had a corporate tie up with the insurance Company since 2007 and were selling insurance product through the Banks Branches. But firstly they are only crediting a portion of the total commission to the account of the Bank and rest portion of the commission and other incentives etc are forfeited by some influential officials. Secondly a sizable portion of the Insurance business collected from the Bank Branches are being channelized to a fake private corporate agent of another state. Thus the hard earned commission & other receivable amount are being misappropriated by some Bank official in connivance with the Insurance Company.

I am also an officer of this Bank. I have started this mission ultimately with an intention of making a complaint to the Central Vigilance Commission. I have chalked out the plan in three part.
1. To have the Insurance Business information from bank.
2. To cross check the information with IRDA.
3. To have the Insurance Business information of the Fake Corporate agent from IRDA.

If i succeed , there must be a large gap between those information & that will be the source of my complaint to CVC.

I know there are many hurdles. But those are attainable too.

Kindly have a look into the attached RTI Application to the IRDA and suggest any modification as you think fit. I have asked the E-records in CD/ DVD to avoid the huge expenses. Kindly review the letter and after getting your opinion i shall post it.

I am not sure whether IRDA will have all such minute details. I thought that they will have some macro info only and interfere whenever some misdeeds are suspected. Since I am not aware about the detailed functions of IRDA I cannot comment on the relevance of individual queries that you have made to the IRDA. As you are in the field, you may know better. Now that you are saying that you are an insider in the Bank, it is doubtful whether the info you sought from the PIO will be forthcoming even after Appeal. Your appeal also may go simply unactioned, forcing you to go to the SIC. It is a long journey ahead. If your aim is to expose the misdeed why dont you simply complain to IRDA and CVC to look into the issues for whatever it is worth. You can perhaps do it simultaneously.
