Question: rti applicaton for delay in canara bank netbanking delay

hello friends.....i need to write for delaying in receving net banking password in canara bank. i had applied in april month.still now i didnt get the password.so please help to how to write for rti compliant against canara bank.

RTI Act is about obtaining information which is already available on record. It is not a mere complaint handling mechanism.

If you want to make a complaint about the delay in getting your net banking password, then please send a complaint letter addressed to : The Deputy General Manager of Canara Bank, Customer Service Cell, Madurai Circle Office, giving full details of your account and the details of your application for net banking. If you do not receive any reply within 10 days, escalate the complaint to the Chairman's Secretariat at their Bangalore Head Office. Hopefully your complaint would get resolved within 10 days itself.

thanks .....i also need to why our power gone for 8 hrs.and any possiblity to make things right.if i can use rti for it.
