Information regarding OBC certificate
Sir,
I want to know that why the people who fall under Non-creamy layer of OBC have to renew their certificate in every 6 months?
Moreover, if a person tries to renew his caste certificate of OBC's Non-creamy layer, what are the documents that are needed if he already has his old certificate?
