How to go about claiming money from Bagittoday website for dishonouring a commitment

Dear All,

I've purchased an item worth 2038/- from Online Shopping India, Best Online Deals, Shop Online in India - Bagittoday.com and paid the amount in full by net transfer on May 21st, 2012.

Till date, they haven't honored the purchase and keep on sending me excuses after excuses.

I've complained multiple times and have about 20 e-mails in responses from them with the same answer that they need 506 more working days every time.

And their call center is pathetic with no consolidated replies.

Can any one suggest on how I should go about getting these cheats to book.
They have multiple complaints against them on consumer portals online for dishonoring purchases and not refunding money.

Any helpful suggestions are greatly appreciated..
