    Can any one ask for a copy of Cast Certificate of another person under RTI? Is it a third party information?

    Yes one can & as per my understanding the holder of the certificate will use the same for availing benefits/concessions from Govt & if getting benefit/concession from any Govt agency then it is clearly a Public activity.
