Need Help: RTI for cell tower permission in society building

There were two incidence of Fire(A&C wing) in our Housing society “Chandresh Heights,Jesal Park, Bhayander(E) within a year. Last fire incidence occurred on 3rd July’12(C-wing) reason given by Society Secretary as mere Short circuit, Our C-wing member’s were without electricity for 5-6 days. Society has installed 2-Cell tower on building which gets supply from A-wing Power unit and C-wing Power unit. We don’t know whether the cell tower operators have taken proper NOC from Mira-Bhainder Municipal Corporation? This is a request to MBMC commissioner to look into the matter.

If yes, then file a RTI application with the PIO of the Municipal Corporation and ask for the copies of entire file regarding permission granted to .......for location cell tower on the building.....nr........municipal number....
Attach pictures of the cell tower.

Details of PIO will be available on the website of the organisation/department, under the "RTI" link. Or simply call that office and ask "Who is the PIO in your office under the RTI Act 2005. I want to file a RTI application." ?
