What is my name written in epf slip
Dear sir,
please help me how can i know what is name mention in my epf slip as i have claimed for epf but got a rejection letter from epf office ahmedabad that name mention in epf slip and form submited mismatch kindly help i cannot my statement online due to same error display of name mismatch

It is advisable to visit the office with your identity proof. Alternatively you may file RTI for seeking statement of account which will show correct name. However, please attach identity proof with your RTI application, since only employee himself can access this information. You have to prove your identity connected to PF account.
