about my date of birth certificate

Hi Admin,

Very happy to find this site. My actual date of birth is August 24th 1992 and i was born in kondapalli,krishna Dt, Andhra Pradesh, India( this is my mother's parents place). But my school officials changed that to August 24 th 1993 in my 10 th certificate and that continued in everything else and even in my pan card. Now i need date of birth certificate.

I heard that we can get a notary instead of date of birth certificate. Someone told me now i can't get date of birth certificate from kondapalli as my original date of birth was changed in my certificates. My parents live in Kakinada, East godavari Dt, AP, India. Can i get a notary from my place with 24 th august , 1993 as my date of birth and if yes could u please tell me the process?Is there any alternative? Please help me out am going mad with this.
