Sir, Maine apni 3years ki beti ko 17.07.12 ko Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital me Admit karwaya tha usko fever tha aur daure pad rahe the, 18.07.12 ko Doctors ne meri beti ki reedh ki haddi se paani nikala check karne ke liye, per uski report nahi di, 20.07.12 ko meri beti ko descharge kar diya aur kaha ki report abhi nahi aayi hai baad me le jana, fir meri wife 24.07.12 ko report lene hospital gayi to yeh kah kar lauta diya ki 4 din baad report nahi milti, aur report nahi di, sir mai ye jaan na chahta hun ki aisa kyun?

a. Aap sambandhit hospital ke varisht adhikari/doctor ko apni shikayat likhit mein darz karayen.
b. Aap Jansoochna dwara bharti marijss (aapki beti) ke sambandh mein ki gayi jaanch va unki rapat ityadi maang lein. Aavedan ke sath sakshya ke taur par aisa ko dastavej avashya laga dein jo yah dikhata ho marijaa aapki putri hai.
