Which state, every state has establishment act, just check that of that state if it is force,
it is not to be in use for any service related queries

Courier companies are private companies and hence not under RTI. However they are under consumer protection act.
WE GET GOVT WE DESERVE. WHAT DO YOU PLAN FOR 2013?
