Well, members we all know that in recent years various courts,Govt agencies and even information commissions have cried that RTI Act 2005 has been misused by people.Strange, I didn't read in any news if a PIO/FAA died due to this act. I've been reading from two years about various laws & didn't find any that can't be misused by the same authorities crying of misuse.As this forum have very intelligent members, I would like to be enlightened if someone guide me of a single legislation which was not misused till date by authorities.Also if someone pacify me of the quest if there was such an uproar of misuse of any law by the authorities as in this case?
