TAX Refund of xxxxxx for the assesment year 2009-2010

Hi there,

I have been following up for my company,s tax refund but so far have not recieved. there were errors last time when i recieved the cheque a year back.
i have submitted all the information and paers with the correction but dispite of my several followups, have not recievd the income tax refunds for the assesment year 2009-2010. my PAN no is xxxxxx.

Kindly let me know when can recieve the payment

Hi Sanjay,

I am also into the same court where you are now, So far nothing happened. May be I should try the first appeal. Not sure if this website helps also. I just joined as I got some info from Google, so far no fruitful results.
