Hi, I live in a co-operative Hsg Soc in Mahim Mumbai. The committee who has been managing the affairs of the society have not been managing the affairs in the right perspective and all the members are now agitated due to various problems not been attended to. Can you please guide us if we can approach the Registrar of societies ?And whom should we contact ? Many Thanks Anand Yalvigi      |

Anand, Whether the term of the Committee is lapsed or not? You have to gather in one roof and elect new members for the committee. Otherwise, ask the committee to convene the general body meeting to discuss the issue or about new nomination. |
