can a rti. query be sent by e.mail and if yes then how to link the po. with the mail. is extending the postal adress mandatory by the applicant ?? why cannot the reply be sent by mail. can post box be used.

1. Hardly any PA has facility for electronic money transfer/ payment gate ways. Therefore while you may submit application by email, however you will have to send cheque/ IPO by snail mail or personally giving reference of email RTI application.Sponsorer
2. I don't think post box no. would be an issue as long as its in applicant's name.
Practically, majority of oldies or other PIOs are not net savy. Their chote babus are opening emails and receipt of which is not recorded like other snail mails (which babudom is comfortable with). So they may give you tough time saying email not recd or not traceable!!
